Passport

Four adults thirteen kids three cars on a 9 hour trip to Virginia. Sounds like fun right?
The time is 4:45 AM...I'm riding in a car with our children's minister and four boys, we've barely made it out of town and I've already received a text from one of the moms wanting to know how her baby is.
7:30AM the kiddos are starting to wake up so we decide to stop at the golden arches for breakfast. Mmm Mmm greasy. Great bathroom too. Note in front of the first sink.... Please use other sink. Ok no problem, move to other sink. Note on this sink.... Broken use sink in handicap stall. Really? Walk into handicap stall, first thing I see is a giant black trash bag covering the toilet. Does any of the plumbing work here? In beginning to second guess my order for super greasy deliciousness combo #3

8:46 we've crossed the border into North Carolina.
Sounds from the back of the van:

"Wow, North Carolina is the boss, ..... If you don't count FL and SC"
"North Carolina won the civil war."
"Man this road is like a roller coaster. Mountains are awesome!"
"If you go on a bridge you can catch alligators."
"Strawberries make my tummy hurt." "That's because when you eat them the seeds start growing"

Danville, Pittsylvania County, VA the last Capitol of the Confederate States of America

I've been typing things as I hear them and then saving as a draft. Apparently I forgot to hit the save button last time because a lot of stuff has disappeared. Including the video of out children's pastor Jeff doing some ballet. Grrrr
He did a beautiful job too.

More to come later!

Okay since I am officially done pulling my hair out trying to post multiple pictures to blogger and have them look the way I want, I have a Picture only site now at shutterfly. No Limits and I like the way it looks. I will post the occasional photo here, but the full extent of my pictures will be there.
